Partial Planning & Day of Coordination

Our Partial Planning and Day-Of Coordination service is designed for clients who have taken the lead on planning their wedding but want professional support bringing all of the final details together. Beginning approximately three months before the wedding, our team steps in to review your plans, finalize logistics, coordinate with your vendor team, and create a comprehensive wedding day timeline. From there, we manage the final planning details and oversee the wedding day from setup through celebration, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Final Planning + Coordination

  • Begin coordination approximately three months prior to the wedding

  • Review existing plans, vendor contracts, and outstanding details

  • Conduct final planning and logistics meeting with the couple

  • Create and manage a comprehensive wedding day timeline

  • Coordinate final details, timing, and logistics with the vendor team

  • Confirm vendor arrival times, setup requirements, and responsibilities

  • Review ceremony and reception layouts, floor plans, and event flow

  • Coordinate final venue logistics and production details

  • Identify outstanding planning items and assist with final decisions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors leading up to the wedding
